• To empower people, particularly people of colour, and equip them with tools and tips to develop the leader in them.

• To promote positive images of the man and woman of colour and people from other communities who have and have had a positive influence on society. 

• To be a voice for the man and woman of colour in the developing world. 

• To provide a network for people of colour in Africa and the Diaspora.
